Given the challenging time we are enduring, we understand that some of you are still torn between wanting to escape or take caution.

Hotel Le Mottaret has always done what is necessary to give you maximum flexibility, and of course you can continue to count on this from us. This is why we suggest that you book with confidence today, by offering you the option of cancelling free of charge, whatever the reason, up to 14 days before the start of your (ski) stay.

In the event of a lockdown or travel restriction related to COVID-19 at the time of your holiday, either in your place of residence or the location of your holiday, then you will be fully reimbursed.

You can also benefit from our cancellation insurance which covers the costs related to your stay in the event of a positive Covid 19 test or in the event of contact with someone who has tested positive and subsequent isolation. This, is in addition to the usual risks already covered by our insurance policy.

In order to ensure that you and our staff are as safe as possible, since this summer we have worked hard to ensure we follow strict hygiene protocols, whilst still guaranteeing our usual high standards of service to give you a warm welcome on your holiday. Please note that we are closely following the recommendations of government authorities for the opening of the jaccuzi and communal areas.
Meals are provided in room service.

Our customer advisers are there to support you in your holiday choices (7 days a week, 8-9 p.m.).

1. The Hotel Le Mottaret will reimburse you 100% of the sums paid (excluding administrative fees and possible insurance premium) if you are forced to cancel your stay following a decision by government authorities, for the main place of stay and for the date of your reservation, concerning:

  • - Lockdown
  • - A travel ban
  • - Establishment of a quarantine

2. Cancellation insurance covering COVID-19 (contamination, contact, death, etc.). See conditions detailed by our insurer “Gritchen”.

3. In our accommodation we guarantee the same level of service that we have always given, whilst also ensuring we follow strict hygiene protocols and of course respect local government and health authority guidelines and regulations. Our teams have been trained on the new protocols to follow and have reinforced the cleaning process with the recommended products to ensure the safety for all. Particular attention is paid to frequent points of contact (door handles, remote controls, light switches…). Accommodation and communal areas are aired regularly. At reception physical distancing and a limited number of entries at one time has been put in place and antibacterial hand gel is readily available.
